Awarded Australia Council Fellowship to create a large body of work. Including an extended work for Big Band using prepared and extended techniques, a large body of solo piano music and a new cross-genre ensemble.
2010
Contributes a piece to Sydney percussionist Claire Edwardes new CD release ‘Marimba Miniatures’.
Commissioned by the Keir Foundation to compose a 60 minute work ‘Place’ for the Andrea Keller Quartet with strings. Premiered at the Four Winds Festival, Bermagui, NSW.
Commissioned by the Australian National University to compose 60 minutes of music for the Andrea Keller Quartet with members of the Jazz Faculty.
2009
arranges music for a special project with Sydney’s ‘Ten
Part Invention’.
Arrangement for the Seraphim Trio as part of their Schubertiade Concert series.
2007/2008
composes the music for ‘Hush 8 - A Castle for All’ in association with the Royal
Children’s Hospital and the Freedman Foundation.
2003
composes a 45 minute suite for the Andrea Keller Quartet plus guests which is dedicated to the late Jann Rutherford.
The suite premiere’s and opens the 2003 Melbourne Women’s International Jazz Festival.
2002
receives a commission from the Australian Art Orchestra for “Hard Core”.

composes ‘Three Portraits of a Simpleton’ – a 15 minute work commissioned by Mike Nock’s BigSmallBand.
2000
commissioned by the Melbourne Jazz Co operative to premiere an octet to open the 2000 Melbourne Women’s Jazz Festival.
